Semi-flexible pavement injection material "New Funcoat 50"

Even at a mother material asphalt concrete temperature of 60 to 80°C, it reliably penetrates into the gaps! It maintains stable strength over a long period.

"New Funcoat 50" is a semi-flexible pavement injection milk material that contains re-emulsified powdered polymer. By simply mixing it with water, it exhibits high permeability, stable strength, and durability, enabling high-quality construction. It retains the necessary fluidity even after 30 to 60 minutes post-mixing, making it advantageous for finishing injections in detail with a small amount reserved, allowing for a beautiful finish. 【Features】 ■ Achieves labor-saving with a 5.5% reduction in powder compared to conventional products (our comparison) ■ Excellent injectability at high temperatures ■ High fluidity retention performance ■ Long-term strength stability ■ Pre-mixed with re-emulsified powdered polymer *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Tanalith CY injection material (preservative and anti-termite injection material)

No use of hexavalent chromium or arsenic! The emission level of "formaldehyde" is equivalent to that of untreated wood.

"Tanarisu CY injection material" is a cost-effective exterior wood product. The pressure injection treatment is carried out by a company with many years of proven experience in Japan. After the wood treatment and curing, the main components do not dissolve significantly even when exposed to rain or water. The preservative "Tanarisu CY" is an environmentally friendly, low-toxicity pressure-injected wood preservative and termite agent, primarily composed of safe copper compounds and cyproconazole. 【Features】 ■ After the wood treatment and curing, the main components do not dissolve significantly even when exposed to rain or water. ■ Does not contain "chlorpyrifos," which is prohibited by building standards. ■ Does not use highly toxic hexavalent chromium or arsenic. ■ The emission level of "formaldehyde," which is subject to sick house regulations, is equivalent to untreated wood. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

Rock Solidification Injection Material "RBS-USR (Silica Resin)"

Exhibits effectiveness even in a limited range of improvements with early strength development! Flame-retardant rock solidifying material.

"RBS-USR (Silica Resin)" is a rock solidification material developed for the improvement and modification of tunnel ceilings, faces, and slopes. It exhibits rapid strength development and provides sufficient effectiveness even within limited improvement areas. Additionally, the solidified material is highly safe and has excellent flame resistance. It can be widely used in various applications, including the FIT method, fore-poling method, and AGF method, which are auxiliary methods for tunnel excavation. 【Features】 ■ Rapid strength development ■ Sufficient effectiveness even in limited improvement areas ■ Solidified material is highly safe with excellent flame resistance ■ Widely applicable in various uses *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

"Filling of voids beneath the road" - "TerraTech method" for filling voids beneath paved roads.

Solve the problems of mortar filling! With a fast curing and lightweight injection material (about 1/30 of traditional mortar), it also reduces the risk of ground subsidence.

One of the causes of subsidence and collapse of paved roads is the hollowing out beneath the road. The "TerraTech Method" fills these voids without breaking the road, preventing subsidence and collapse. It achieves a reduction in maintenance and repair management costs. 【What is the TerraTech Method?】 A special lightweight and expandable urethane resin called "TerraTech Resin" is injected into the hollow areas beneath the road. The expansion force of the resin compacts the ground and fills the voids, suppressing subsidence. Since the curing time of the injected material is quick, the time for road restrictions is short, leading to significant reductions in labor and maintenance costs. 【Features】 ◆ Eliminates the risk of collapse in just a few hours ◆ TerraTech Resin cures quickly, resulting in shorter restriction times ◆ TerraTech Resin is a lightweight material (about 1/30 the weight of mortar), reducing the risk of re-subsidence due to its own weight ◆ Minimal construction by-products and waste generated ◆ Compressive strength of approximately 430 kN/m², stronger than flowable fill soil (300 kN/m²) ◆ No need for lifting and reinstallation of concrete pavement slabs, making it possible to work within tunnels ◆ The expansion force of TerraTech Resin compacts the subgrade, eliminating the need for compaction of the subgrade beneath the concrete pavement slabs. *For more details, please download the catalog or feel free to contact us.

Urethane injection material "AGSR-PSG"

For tunnel auxiliary construction methods! A polyurethane injection material with excellent ground improvement effects and water inflow resistance.

"AGSR-PSG" is a polyurethane injection material (AGSR-PSG) that solidifies by mixing polyol and polyisocyanate, making it a ground consolidation material with high foaming pressure and excellent solidification properties. It is difficult to dilute in spring water environments, allowing for reliable ground improvement through foaming. Due to its low viscosity compared to typical polyurethane injection materials, it has excellent permeability and can provide localized improvement around bolts and steel pipes. 【Features】 ■ Excellent ground improvement effect ■ Low viscosity compared to typical polyurethane injection materials, allowing for excellent permeability and localized improvement around bolts and steel pipes ■ Higher foaming pressure compared to silica resin, enabling penetration and improvement of fine cracks in fractured ground *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Silica resin injection material "AGSR"

Polyurethane injection material for tunnel auxiliary construction methods! It excels in ground improvement effects.

"AGSR" is a ground consolidation material made from rapidly foaming modified polyurethane by mixing special sodium silicate and modified polyisocyanate. It is an injection material with excellent economic efficiency and flame resistance, and it has a proven track record in a wide range of geological conditions. It also complies with the "Guidelines for Polyurethane Injection in Mountain Tunnel Construction" issued in February 2020. Since it can foam and provide localized improvement within the ground, the injection volume is small, making the total cost comparable to that of cement injection materials. 【Features】 ■ Excellent permeability, allowing for localized improvement around bolts and steel pipes ■ Rapid strength development, resulting in the formation of a high-strength consolidated body ■ Greater adhesive strength for consolidating between rock masses compared to cement-based injection materials ■ Easily accommodates leaks from the ground with interval injections ■ Short rise time allows for consolidation even in the presence of groundwater, minimizing impact on the surrounding environment *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
